Starting salary: £23,000 per annum

Monday - Friday. 37.5 hour working week. Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm and Friday, 8:30am - 3:45pm (45 minute lunch break).

Holiday entitlement: 32 days (including 8 Bank Holidays)

Kettering area. Office based.

Our client has a small marketing team of currently two people, an experienced Marketing Manager and a knowledgeable Marketing Executive. The team are confident individuals, the ideal person will be open to developing, eager to ask questions and comfortable working in a cooperative environment with their colleagues. This role is a great for somebody who is looking to learn from senior members of the department.

This role encompasses both digital and traditional marketing.

What your day to day role will look like:

• All things relating to the company website and Google rankings ensuring competitive visibility
• Support the administration of marketing activities, such as email campaigns, PR activity, and industry exhibitions.
• Supporting with creating company newsletters, reviewing campaign reports and administration of all marketing activities such as emailer mailers (sent to customers and prospect customers).
• Source, create, and edit content for their website, marketing mailing, sales brochures and social media, such as LinkedIn
• Identify and use relevant/emerging trends, solutions, and technologies to implement effective marketing activities.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of the marketing strategy and deliver on the marketing/company objectives.
