Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an articulate and professional Marketing Assistant to support our client with some exclusive events.

Job title: Marketing Assistant
Days: Monday- Friday
Location: Soho (London)
Hourly rate: £13-14phr
Duration: 1-2 months temporary

Duties

• Co-ordination of events with internal stakeholders and third parties
• Calendar management
• Combination drafting
• Booking Entertainment
• Preparing Gift bags and Boxes for attendees
• Registration desks
• Preparing Badges for attendees
• Logistics - AV/Lights etc.
• Staff co-ordination for the event
• Branding for the event
• Ensure all communications are sent prior to the event
• Other ad hoc tasks

What we are looking for

• Previous event management/ Coordination experience
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong communication skills
• MS efficient
• A professional and articulate person
• A team player
• Organised and reliable
