Marketing and Sales Specialist (Hybrid)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Marketing and Sales Specialist in Corby.

Our client specialize in producing and selling the very best premium organic juices across Europe and the U.S and they are looking for proactive individual to join the team in Corby. The ideal candidate will have proven success of developing, leading and monitoring strategic marketing throughout all areas of sales & marketing. This role is 3 days per week marketing and will also have direct contact with customers through 2 days per week customer service and phone sales.

They are seeking a proactive individual who thrives on online marketing as well as doing customer service and sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and growing company.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will have proven experience in online marketing, writing blogs, coordinating marketing campaigns, social media and enthusiasm with proactive customer sales.

Any knowledge, interest or experience in the natural health sector is desirable but not essential.

The role:

• Working with the team to develop sales messages for our landing pages to increase traffic and sales.
• Writing sales campaign briefs, press releases and articles for different media.
• Relationship building including linking with bloggers, influencers, VIPs etc online to increase digital presence and website traffic.
• Leading and implementing our social media strategy (facebook, Instagram, tic toc, etc) and working with staff to increase sales and awareness through this route.
• Strategic planning and coordination, including tracking agreed KPI’s in all areas of sales and marketing.
• Monitoring current trends and competition and analysing next development stages for the company.
• Working with and managing external marketing agencies and programmers.

The person:

• Previous marketing and sales experience
