Marketing and PR Executive
Global company are looking for a talented Marketing and PR Exective to assist in managing the company's PR, Events & Exhibitions and Channel support & communications to drive brand awareness and meet lead generation targets.
To support the execution of the PR strategy, budget & plan.
To support the execution of the Events & Exhibitions budget & plan. This includes on-line trainings, CPD’s & webinar events.
Deliver efficient day to day support to the Head of Brand & Communications through effective organisation and co-ordination of activities.
Responsibilities:
PR MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate all public relations activities to support chosen communications plan.
- Direct activities to engage audiences across traditional and social media.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests directly or via PR agency.
- Create content for press releases, by-line articles and keynote presentations jointly with Content Marketing Manager
- Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results on a monthly basis..
EVENTS & EXHIBITIONS
- Assist in scoping the Events strategy and ensure all activities are kept within budget
- Plan, budget and co-ordinate all Events & Exhibitions in line with target markets and verticals
- Manage all events incl. stand design, booking space, confirming attendance, booking hotel rooms and meeting rooms as required, organising customer events.
- Research new Events and Exhibitions and make proposals in line with the Sales and Marketing strategies which increase our presence and generate new Sales and opportunities for business growth
- Where required, attend UK and International Events & Exhibitions
ADMINISTRATION
- Ensure Marketing material/equipment is maintained, tracked and replenished when required
- Assist with reporting of Marketing activities to help measure the success and planning of future activities
