The Company:

This company is a player in the InsurTech industry, which means they use technology to make insurance work better. Their specialty is using data and analytics to help insurance companies assess risks and handle claims in areas like commercial shipping, cargo transportation, and property insurance. They are now looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to join their growing team.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives specifically for the specialty and commercial insurance sector, driving qualified leads for their innovative SaaS data and analytics platform. You will be able to translate insights into a strategic vision that positions their company at the forefront of the Insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing data, reporting and refining strategies iteratively.
  • Understanding market behaviour and identifying important actions for driving growth.
  • Identifying new lead generation and customer acquisition channels.
  • Identifying trends and insights to drive new creative growth strategies.
  • Creating compelling, engaging, stand-out content, including, but not limited to: written articles, blogs, web pages, emails, newsletters, white papers, case studies, press releases, podcasts, videos, social posts, ad copy, thought-leadership.
  • Use the CRM and other MarTech stack to drive lead generation and lead nurturing processes, creating a single source of truth for reporting, tracking and success-management.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies - provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Value proposition development. Ensuring all product and marketing messaging accurately describe our USP, value and benefits.
  • Driving account-based marketing and supporting ongoing sales conversations on an ad-hoc basis.

What you will need:

  • 3+ years SaaS tech experience in marketing with revenue impact.
  • Ability to use data to create insights that inform overall strategy, use performance data to recalibrate strategy, and optimise media plan/channels.
  • Experience in Hubspot or similar platforms for campaign setup, campaign orchestration, lead management, tracking of key metrics and reporting across multiple channels.
  • Ability to manage internal and external creative resources to ensure smooth, professional, and timely delivery against targets and schedules.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
