Marketing and CRM Executive

We are recruiting for a global manufacturer who are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and CRM Executive. The Marketing and CRM Executive will work with the marketing agency to help drive activities to raise brand awareness, retain existing customers and gain new ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong arsenal of marketing techniques plus creative flair and ideas. This is a hybrid opportunity and will require a driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with both the agency and on your own initiative to proactively drive lead generation using methods including email/physical campaigns, website optimisation and tender support.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all company assets, internally and externally.
• Visit and hold regular face to face meetings the marketing agency, and also with key dealers across the UK to help drive their marketing plans.
• Identify PR and social media opportunities and visit customer locations when required for written and video content creation with agency.
• With marketing agency, identify, develop and execute marketing campaigns (email/physical).
• Create reports to extract data for campaigns.
• Track and measure the KPIs of CRM marketing campaigns and recommend changes to enhance campaign performance.
• Help maintain data integrity within CRM.
  
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ marketing and CRM (ideally Salesforce including Pardot/Account Engagement) experience.
• Proven track record in demand generation marketing, PR, social, website optimisation, PPC and brand enhancement.
• Keen eye for detail and highly organised.
