We are seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Administrator to join our client’s team on a part-time basis. This role will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing Manager in the maintenance and management of B2C and B2B content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining correct product information on our clients website, including images, pricing, and order processing.
Duties:
- Assist in the creation, editing, and publishing of B2C and B2B marketing content across various platforms, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and is optimised for SEO.
- Regularly review and update product listings on the website to ensure accuracy.
- Upload and manage product images, ensuring they are of high quality and accurately represent the product.
- Verify pricing information and update, as necessary.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, reporting any issues to the Marketing Manager.
- Process orders received through the website promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with the Operations team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Generate reports on website performance, sales trends, and customer feedback as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment of marketing efforts across departments.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (ideally Shopify).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
