McCabe & Barton is currently recruiting for a Marketing Admin Assistant on behalf of our client, a leading asset management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing tools, including web analytics and Marketing Cloud, to support our marketing efforts.

 Tasks include managing newsletters, analysing campaign results, and utilising Salesforce. We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in digital marketing tools to join their team and help drive their marketing objectives forward.

Job Title: Marketing Admin Assistant

Job Type: 6-Months Contract

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)

Requirements:

  • Digital Experience: Priority on digital marketing proficiency with a quick learning curve.
  • Language Skills: English required. French, German, or Italian is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or Communication.
  • Experience: 3-4 years, preferably in marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, web analytics.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Goal-oriented.
  • Preferred: Experience with Marketing Cloud and familiarity with Salesforce.

Duties:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and support over 40 promotional events by year-end.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Design and Content teams for advertising materials.
  • Maintain marketing metrics and campaign results.
