We are looking for people who are curious, love talking to people. Does this sound like you? We can offer you a role that will break you out of your daily routine! You will meet new people, see new places and be a part of a journey that challenges the status quo and influences everyday things that impact us all.

Who We Are:

We are Ipsos UK, part of a globally recognised and leading market research company. We work with many clients across business, media and research sectors as well as local and national government. We pride ourselves on being curious and collaborative with a dedication to providing our clients with gold standard insights and data. We collaborate with our interviewers and our clients with common goals and open minds.

We Will Invest In You! No Experience? No Problem!

Whether you’re looking for a career start, career change or have experience in Market Research already, we will provide you with extensive training and one on one guidance from the moment you join us. We’ll teach you how to succeed by sharing valuable skills from our panel of experienced interviewers and give you full briefings on our projects. You will also have a dedicated New Starter coach who will be on hand to help you through your first 6 weeks. From day one we aim to make sure you feel prepared with the right skills and knowledge to do the job.

Your Role:

As an important part of our interviewer panel, you will be visiting homes in your local area (and beyond if you want!) to gather the views and opinions of the great British public all year round. You will be using your talents to persuade people to take part in our surveys so they can influence the world with their opinions.

You need to be self-motivated, organised and target driven to be successful in this role.

Flexibility:

We understand the importance of work-life balance even as a contactor, and that's why we offer flexible working hours. You will be working 35 hours (5 days) per week and can choose which days these are when you start with us – at least one must be a weekend day.  To be able to interview all types of people, you will need to work some evening hours on weekdays but you manage your start and end time each day – as long as they fit in with our project requirements.  This makes it an ideal opportunity for those who need the security of a full time position and salary but who need some flex in their working pattern.

What We Offer:

 Competitive Compensation:

  • Annual salary of £25,000
  • Quarterly performance bonuses of up to £2,000 per annum
  • Pension contributions
  • Paid travel expenses to ensure your comfort during work-related trips
  • Access to our wellbeing and discount platform offering vouchers and savings on every day things
  • Paid mileage costs

Support and Development:

  • Dedicated support teams to assist you
  • Accredited training period with live support, online learning, and one to one coaching
  • Opportunities for career development and progression
  • Interviewer communities accessible by social media and in person coffee mornings
