A London Market Insurance Company seek a Marine Claims Adjuster on a temporary basis (At least 6 months but this may be extended further). This will involve handling all aspects of Marine claims, including Hull & Machinery, Marine Liability and Cargo claims.

Applicants will ideally have previous Marine claims adjusting experience in the London Market. A working knowledge of ECF and the Lloyd's Claims Schemes would be beneficial. This will be a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

This role will handle claims across the Marine portfolio including Hull, Cargo, and Liability claims.
Producing feedback to line manager and underwriters to identify developing loss trends.
Ensure that Lloyd's minimum standards are being met at all times and be in a position to assist underwriters and claims adjusters to progress.
Ensures all claims allocated are controlled within company philosophies and SLA's
To be present at market meetings and conference calls when necessary.
Ensures customers are treated fairly at all times.
