Manufacturing Technician

Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and collaborative Manufacturing Technician to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time Manufacturing Technician role is based in Banbury.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support the ongoing growth of the business through the installation and continued operation of the production line in Banbury. You will also assist with the initial set up and validation of new machines, equipment and processes.

In your first few weeks in this Manufacturing Technician role, you can expect to:

• Operate and monitor the running of automated machines and equipment
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the production process in-line with the inspection schedule to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards
• Work to inspection schedules, follow quality instructions, and record test results to conform to ISO 13485.

• Good mathematical ability and knowledge of quality inspection processes and methodologies
• Experience working within an environment with medium-volume CNC and automated processes and robotics
• Self-motivated with a hands-on attitude towards achieving the desired outcome
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
