This position will be working at Corin medical in Cirencester, by providing high level of cleaning & technician services within a manufacturing environment, The Ideal candidate should be able to work individually, but most importantly as part of a team. Full training will be provided.

What will I do?

Perform a wide range of operational support activities at the Corin Medical Fluidcare site, which control the optimal condition of Metal Working lubricants, greases, coolants, cleaners, and other QuakerHoughton industrial fluids used in the customer's manufacturing process.

  • Analyze on-site equipment & products in order to decide the proper adjustments, i.e. Servicing of coolant management as required. Communicate to customer the resulting information & recommendations.
  • Ensure all QuakerHoughton owned, and loaned equipment are kept in suitable condition for the environment.
  • Manage and maintain high cleanliness standards and condition monitoring across the customer facility where our products operate.
  • Ensure that machines are tested in line with EHS guidelines and are free from any contamination & debris.
  • Update machine charts for operator visibility and complete test data reports.
  • Ensure to comply with all applicable regulations and standards regarding quality, safety, environmental as well as the QuakerHoughton Lifesaving Rules and occupational health standards to minimize risks in these areas and to create opportunities and chances for improvement.
  • Perform daily/weekly safety checks of equipment and hazard observations.
  • Work as part of a team and to agreed working schedules.

What are we looking for?

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

Valid driving license is a must, FTL is highly valued.

  • Good English skills.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday. Day shift.
  • Location: A reasonable commuting distance to Cirencester.
  • Soft skills: team player, high safety consciousness, proactive, good communicator and influencer.
