Are you a Manufacturing or Process Engineer, looking to join a well-established and growing company, offering long term career progression?

On offer is a highly varied role within a close knit team, where you will receive ongoing training to develop your skillset.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a long-standing manufacturer, who are known for looking after their employees. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking to bring on a new Manufacturing Engineer into their team.

You will be involved with the design, evaluation and optimisation of manufacturing processes for their company lines, looking to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, and process improvements, including use of AutoCAD.

The Role:

• Applying lean manufacturing and proves improvement principles for their production lines
• Working in a machine shop and manufacturing environment
• Training and career progression opportunities
• Monday to Friday, days based role (37.5hrs)
  

The Person:

• Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineer
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Background in Automotive, Aerospace, heavy machinery or similar
• AutoCAD experience
• Understanding of data analysis and ERP systems
