Manual Operative

We are currently recruiting for manual operatives to join a local company based in Leighton Buzzard. Due to the seasonal nature of the work, all candidates would be required to work between the of months of May to October. The hourly rate would be around £13.50 (£28,000), however, could vary dependant on experience.

The working hours are 08:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday, however, all applicants MUST be willing to work additional hours, when required. Also, some weekend working may be required on occasion.

For this role, all applicants MUST have a valid UK driving licence, for insurance purposes.

Duties to include:

• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Travelling to and from sites to build and dismantle products.
• Working outside, in all weathers.
• Adhering to targets and deadlines.
• Updating clients, while providing excellent customer service.

• MUST have a valid UK Driving licence, for insurance purposes.
• The ability to lift and load heavy based products.
• Flexibility to work weekends, when required.
• Willingness to accept a seasonal based role.
• Strong communication skills and customer service.
