£15 - £18 per hour per hour (depending on skillset) + Overtime at x1.5 + Specialist training
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - Early finish on Fridays

Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my client is looking to hire a manual machinist, to join in their specialist manufacturing facility in Wimborne.

The successful candidate will be involved in the production of bespoke, hydraulic systems in a purpose built facility in Wimborne. You will be working with high profile clients across some of the most regulated engineering sectors such Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, Agricultural and Nuclear.

This is an extremely exciting role for a motivated engineer, looking to progress their career within a well established company at the forefront of their sector. You will have the opportunity to increase your earning potential through regular and optional overtime, which will be paid at x1.5 for any hours over 40 per week.

The Role:
*Operating a number of manual lathes and some milling involved too
*Working with clients across the Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear and Marine sectors
*Full training and development provided, with a clear progression path into senior engineering roles

The Candidate:
*Able to understand engineering drawings
*Background in Mechanical Engineering
*Previous experience operating a manual lathe
