Job Role: Manual Machinist

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are currently working with a specialist manufacturer based in Nottingham, who are looking for an experienced Manual Machinist to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Manual machining of a variety of parts and components
  • Manual Milling, Turning and Boring
  • Read and work from engineering drawings
  • Working with different types of machines and being able to adapt to meet requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Time Served Machinist
  • Experience in Manual Milling and Turning
  • Experience in Vertical and Horizontal Boring
  • Working within a Manufacturing/Engineering environment

Salary & Shift:

  • £29,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 5pm & Friday, 7:45am - 12:45pm
  • Overtime at 1.5x (when available)
