Managing Banking Associate

Duties:
- Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting various banking transactions, including loan agreements, credit facilities, and financing arrangements.
- Conduct due diligence, review legal documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing legal advice and guidance on banking matters.
- Stay updated on developments in banking law and practice.
- Draft and review legal documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
- Participate in negotiations with counterparties, lenders, and borrowers to finalize transaction terms and resolve any legal issues or disputes.
- Handle administrative tasks related to banking transactions, such as file management, document organization, and billing activities.
More about You
- As we expand, the firm are seeking bright, driven, and commercially astute Senior Associates with specialized expertise in mid-market Leveraged/Acquisition Finance.
- Strong academic backgrounds and a genuine interest in business and commerce.
- Your experience in transactional and acquisition/leveraged finance, gained from international or leading UK firms, will be instrumental in driving the team.
