Duties:

• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting various banking transactions, including loan agreements, credit facilities, and financing arrangements.
• Conduct due diligence, review legal documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing legal advice and guidance on banking matters.
• Stay updated on developments in banking law and practice.
• Draft and review legal documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
• Participate in negotiations with counterparties, lenders, and borrowers to finalize transaction terms and resolve any legal issues or disputes.
• Handle administrative tasks related to banking transactions, such as file management, document organization, and billing activities.

More about You

• As we expand, the firm are seeking bright, driven, and commercially astute Senior Associates with specialized expertise in mid-market Leveraged/Acquisition Finance.
• Strong academic backgrounds and a genuine interest in business and commerce.
• Your experience in transactional and acquisition/leveraged finance, gained from international or leading UK firms, will be instrumental in driving the team.
