Manager Researcher - Private Equity

My client is a multi-family office running circa $3.9Bn AUM and has been consistently growing. They are now looking to add to their Manager Research team. Key role responsibilities include:-

New investments:

* Support due diligence of new investment proposals, including track record analysis, drafting of investment memorandums and other relevant documents, and participation to investment committee discussions.

* Assist screening of prospective new fund investments through participation in fund manager meetings and maintenance of pipeline database.

* Prepare investment research to support strategy and fund selection.

Existing portfolio:

* Ongoing monitoring and reporting of relevant information on private equity funds portfolio.

* Attend fund manager AGMs and ad-hoc meetings.

* Support performance analysis for annual reporting process and client presentations.

Ad-hoc projects:

* Research and analysis to support ad-hoc presentations and reporting (e.g. to potential new clients).

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience of manager research having covered at least some private equity focused manager research. Strong excel skills and excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a small team are also required.
