The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and entrepreneurial corporate finance firm with more than 25 years of international M&A experience. The Manager will be responsible for supporting the full transaction process, from deal origination to execution and closing.
The Candidate
As a qualified ACA/ACCA with 2-3 years of corporate finance advisory experience, you will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual with a proven track record of executing M&A transactions. With excellent communication skills and comfortability working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will also ideally have experience of buy- and sell-side deals across multiple industries.
