Join an established Fund Services provider as a Manager, leading a team of 6+ professionals to deliver exceptional fund administration services for a diverse portfolio of private equity and venture capital funds. This role offers an exciting opportunity to uphold the firms commitment to delivering top-tier service to clients while providing mentorship and support to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Excellence: Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality, accurate, and timely services to clients, adhering to established procedures and exceeding expectations.
  • Review and Oversight: Provide oversight and review of work produced by assistant managers on the team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Company Secretarial Duties: Assume company secretarial responsibilities, including organising client board meetings, reviewing board minutes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the processing of calls, distributions, and investor transfers, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to deadlines.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Project Management: Collaborate on projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and improving efficiency within the team and across the organisation.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all work is conducted in strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating risk and maintaining integrity.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in administering private equity funds and associated vehicles is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of company secretarial and fund administration services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
