Our client, a prolific artist management company, is seeking a Management Assistant to work with a (record) Director for two major electronic music artists.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Providing support with recording processes to include music delivery, release timelines, label copy, press asset management and distribution, producer deals, mixer agreements.

· Assisting with brand partnership and sync conversations.

· Attending artist shows and Promotional events.

· Arranging filming and photography at live shows.

· Handling filming/photography approval and distribution after shows.

· Assisting on merchandise strategy and execution.

· Conducting A&R research.

· Assisting the two artists’ social media teams.

· Managing studio scheduling.

· Handling Press request scheduling.

· Overseeing reminders and itineraries for press/promotional trips.

· Creating release day checklists.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

· Enthusiasm for electronic dance music and culture.

· Experience working with recording companies and the music industry.

· Strong organisational capacity.

· Good communication skills.
