Reed Finance are currently exclusively partnered with a Maidenhead based manufacturing company who operate globally within their market seeking a  Management Accountant to join their modern, vibrant offices in Maidenhead. 

Reporting into the EU Finance Manager, you will be working on the below duties within a supportive and friendly environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Month end procedures and the production of relevant, accurate and timely entity reports including full reconciliations of accounts.
  • Preo of financial statements for quarterly, half year and year end statutory reporting
  • Audit liaison
  • Monthly balance sheet & P&L commentaries for review
  • Preparation of group revenue recognition to comply with policies and procedures
  • Process improvement and the continuous improvement of data integrity
  • Communicating essential financial data to non-finance professionals across the business
  • Overseeing subledger transactions transferring to the general ledger for reporting and coordinate improvements

This role will be best suited to a qualified ACCA/CIMA candidate with strong accounting knowledge and understanding of group accounting processes. Experience with Oracle will be beneficial. You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working independently, able to use your initiative and work unsupervised. You will be well organised with good problem solving skills, and be assertive enough to negotiate and challenge where appropriate.
