Management Accountant

A well known luxury retail company based in the heart of London is recruiting a Management Accountant to join the Finance team, paying up to 50k.
The role of MA will include:

• Weekly operational cash Flow update
• Undertake balance sheet reconciliations and reviews.
• Preparation and posting of monthly journals such as prepayments, accruals, depreciation.
• Bank reconciliations
• Adhering to month-end routines and ensuring all tasks are completed in the correct order and agreed timelines. Monthly accounts are to be closed by the 10th of each month.
• The support AP function is posting invoices and reconciliations as and when required.
• Support AR function and reconcile revenue by channel monthly within a set deadline.
• Management of the various Accounts inboxes
• Creating payment runs where required.
• Support the audit process by preparing necessary documentation, and addressing any audit-related queries
• Assisting with a variety of financial projects requiring implementation
• Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by Finance Management

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA accountant
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL / WHOLESALE OR MANUFACTURING
• Degree in Finance / Economics / Business / Accounting preferred but not required.
• 2yr minimum Experience working within a finance department.
• Experience working with Xero preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel includes pivot tables.
• Able to manage and prioritise your own workload in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
