Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance as a Management Accountant you will be responsible for;

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, providing insightful reports to aid decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to optimise financial performance and drive inefficiencies.
• Contribute to financial projects, process improvements, and system implementations.

Profile

• Part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or relevant finance degree.
• Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to work.

Job Offer
