We are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role calls for a dynamic individual who has a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail.

Our client is a renowned industrial/manufacturing firm based in Doncaster. With over 500 employees and a strong presence in the market, they are known for their commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Description

The Management Accountant will be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
  • Conducting variance analysis and providing commentary
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Assisting with financial projects and initiatives
  • Providing support to the wider finance team
  • Working closely with external auditors
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of management accounting experience
  • Experience in the engineering/manufacturing and production sector ideal
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving license

Job Offer
