We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Management Accountant to join our client's finance team in Berkhamsted. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who is either qualified or part-qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or someone with previous experience in a similar role. Day-to-day of the role:

• Produce monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate balance sheets and conduct thorough reviews of all balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage treasury functions, including the management of bank accounts.
• VAT returns
• Perform revenue analysis on a monthly basis to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide support on other ad-hoc finance projects as required.
• Line management of 3 team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified or part-qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or equivalent experience as a Management Accountant.
• Proven experience in producing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of treasury functions and bank account management.
• Ability to conduct detailed revenue analysis.
• Excellent initiative, with a driven and self-motivated approach to work.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
