Management Accountant

Robert Half Financial Services division have partnered with an Real Estate Investment firm who are looking for a Management Accountant to come in for a 3-6 month period, there is potential this could go on longer.

Their office is based in the Mayfair and they work on a hybrid model, 4 days a week in the office with decent hours.

The rate will be around the £3-400 mark depending on experience, this is would be via an umbrella company.

The role sits within the SPV/Fund finance team and reports to the Finance Manager to support the delivery of group accounting and reporting, this is a key role within the Finance function as well as the business.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Management Accounts for a few of their small SPV entities
• Quarterly reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Payment runs, VAT returns
• Accruals and prepayments
• Ad-hoc projects

What we need:

• Qualified Accountant - ACA/CIMA/ACCA
• Real Estate experience would be beneficial
• Sage 200 experience beneficial
• Good stakeholder management, excellent communication skills
• Good technical accounting experience

Need to be available to start within a week, interviews are early next week.
