Management Accountant

Our client is a growing group of businesses who due to growth are looking to recruit a Part Qualified/ Finalist Management Accountant.
The role offers a huge amount of scope for the right person to progress and develop. The ideal candidate will have started their studies towards ACCA or CIMA qualification and have 3 or 4 paper remaining.
The company will pay up to £36,000p/a + bonus and offering hybrid working.
The main duties are:
- Ensure consistent, precise and timely accounting procedures are adhered to throughout the Retail operations.
- Ensure timely and precise reporting of monthly management accounts
- Support and assist with annual internal and external auditing
- Maintain cost centre profit and loss account for operations and support budget owners in review and management of data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide support to Accounts Assistant
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute towards a culture of continuous improvement
- Attend and contribute to management/department meetings where required
- Any other ad hoc work required
- Performance related bonus up to 15% of annual salary
