The successful candidate will support financial decision-making processes by collecting, analysing, investigating, and reporting financial data.

Description

You will be responsible for:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control.
• Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies and standards.
• Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve better results and understand the financial forecast of the company.
• Contribute to company financial strategy and decision-making process.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, or CA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
