Management Accountant

Your new company
Hays Accountancy & Finance are delighted to partner with this expanding business near Downham Market who are looking to grow their finance team as they look to recruit a new Management Accountant.

Your new role
In this newly created Management Accountant job, you will support the wider finance team with detailed management accounts to include accruals, pre-payments, journals and budget vs. actual spend analysis for Head Office costs as well as projects. You will also assist with transactional finance / bookkeeping duties, but your core responsibilities will be producing the management accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be at least an AAT student with experience of assisting with the production of monthly management accounts as training and support will be given, but you must have some experience of monthly reporting.

Alternatively, you will be a Part-Qualified CIMA Management Accountant who will take sole responsibility for producing a detailed management pack for the Senior Leadership Team of this rapidly expanding £12m t/o business.

What you'll get in return
The organisation will offer a competitive benefit package with a salary range of between £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. This will be a full-time office-based role in Downham at Market.
