Your new role
Reporting into the FC, you will be taking on a key role overseeing several key entities for the Group and preparing the month end, financial reporting and being a key point of contact during the audit process. As a small finance team, your role will be key in ensuring the business is hitting its reporting targets but you'll also have a brilliant opportunity to improve and streamline processes so that the business is operating efficiently. As this is a new role, you will have the chance to "make your mark"! Alongside this, business partnering across teams and divisions is actively encouraged to drive collaboration. This is a true all round opportunity that combines technical and commercial!

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should have proven experience in financial accounting/financial reporting and be a confident communicator. This business is looking for a team player to help grow the finance department and they want to have fun whilst they do it!
