We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Management Accountant on a temporary basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact and contribute to the financial success of our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Analyse financial performance and variances against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Assist with year-end financial audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
  • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and submit statutory financial reports

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Working Pattern:

  • Fully on-site role with earlier Friday finish
  • £200 - £220pd
