Management Accountant.

Our client is a growing multi-site brand who seek to hire a Management Accountant. The role will be broad and have full P&L and balance sheet responsibility for a number of entities/ sites. This role will be mainly remote with 1 day a week in the Camberley office.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts; ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks; including preparation and uploading of journals into Sage X3, posting of prepayments and accruals.
• Manage Fixed Asset Register and depreciation schedules and ensure correct accounting treatment.
• Calculation, preparation, and payment of VAT returns
• Preparation and posting of intercompany recharges.
• Produce annual statutory accounts and supporting breakdowns in management accounts format.
• Report on Company assets and liabilities including balance sheet account reconciliations and review of intangible assets.
• Assist with year-end audit preparations and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Monitor cashflow and prepare weekly payment runs.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Take ownership of debtors and payables for allocated companies.
• Provide support for financial planning and ad-hoc projects as required.
• Undertake variance analysis and provide commentary on significant transactions and adjustments.

A salary of £35,000-£40,000 is on offer plus benefits
