We are working with a longstanding established Practice, who are looking for a Management Accountant. This role would suit a candidate who would like to further their career within Management Accounting and would like to work with a client which is a highly successful.

As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. Working closely with our finance team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information, supporting business operations, and helping to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of performance and provide insights to management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate financial plans.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making, including cost analysis, pricing decisions, and investment appraisal.
• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
