Are you a proven and proactive Accountant with a practice background looking to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business?

If so, we have partnered with a top 30 Accountancy practice who are recruiting for a Senior Accountant to play a pivotal role within in their financial reporting team.

As a Senior Accountant you will be instrumental in the preparation of statutory accounts for audit, focusing on larger and more complex accounts. This is an opportunity to join a team at the forefront of financial reporting where your expertise will be valued and your career development supported.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounts for audit from trial balance under FRS102 or IFRS
• Preparation of consolidated accounts
• Dealing with regulatory disclosure requirements
• Opportunities to supervise semi seniors & assistants who are involved in production and delivery of work
• Act as a key point of contact for nominated clients.

Person specification

• Working towards ACA/ACCA
• Experience with full FRS 102 and FRS 102 1a accounts
• Experience of preparation of group accounts and consolidations preferred.
• Enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' attitude.
• Team player who can work independently when required.
