A dynamic, rapidly growing organisation in North Tyneside is seeking a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join their team. This is perfect role for a Management Accountant/Assistant Accountant seeking a role that offers training, mentorship and career progression. This Management Accountant role has arisen with a growing business so opportunities to progress are plentiful. 

The Role
The Management Accountant duties will include:
  • Preparation of management accounts 
  • Stock valuations and reconciliations
  • Prepare sales reports for senior management.
  • Preparing and entering accruals, depreciation, and prepayments
  • Ensure cashflow is utilised properly and update forecasts in the management accounts.
  • Support management by accurately producing budgets. 

The Person
The requirements for the Management Accountant role are:
  • Actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience of preparing/assisting on the management accounts
  • Ambitious individual and eager to progress as the business grows
  • Strong communicator and open to liaising with other departments.
