A prestigious luxury retail brand is currently seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their team.  This role is perfect for a professional with proven management accounts experience who is ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding position in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day of the role:

Prepare month-end journals for key areas of the business.

Conduct and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, focusing on wholesale customer balances and stock returns.

Review selected monthly head office cost centre reports, identifying and explaining key variances.

Provide line management to a finance assistant.

Compile weekly and monthly wholesale information for the treasury team.

Support the year-end statutory audit process.

Assist with treasury audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in management accounts.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
