Management Accountant - Early stage - AdTech Startup - London

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor performance and collaborate with department heads to ensure financial goals are met.

Cost Management:

• Analyse costs and expenditures to provide detailed cost reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies in business operations.

Month-end Close:

• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
