Managed services coordinator

This is a super role working for a risk management company who have been long established in its field.

Seeking a strong team administrator who is outgoing, personable, has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys a busy and varied role. Responsible for overseeing circa 35 Managed Services clients, and will gain significant expertise across a number of product ranges; responsible for delivery of technical advice to support your clients. You will be responsible for client scheduling, rolling out process flow management as well as carrying out weekly reporting.

This is a really interactive role, a completely varied day and will suit someone who has worked within a client function already. Good knowledge of regular use of excel is essential. Strong administrator with lots of get up and go - will suit a mum returner or someone at the earlier stages of career who is keen to build on their current administration experience.
