Male Secondary School Teacher | Enfield, North London | ASAP Start

THE SCHOOL

An excellent SEN school based in North London is looking for an enthusiastic male teacher to join their teaching staff. The school are passionate about achieving the best for their children and ensuring the school is a safe hub for learning.

The ideal candidate will be willing to comply with the ethos of the school and bring creative and productive forms of teaching to help the community flourish. You will be devoted to raising standards and ensuring that each child's education is fulfilled to its maximum.

THE ROLE

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Working with your class ensuring that each child is progressing, and maintaining a strong safeguarding culture where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic individual, who will continue to inspire and motivate alongside other staff and support and encourage their learners to make excellent progress, whatever their starting point or situation. The school are looking for a person who can demonstrate vision, resilience and empathy, who embodies the core value that we are all 'learning for life'. You will plan and deliver engaging learning daily, developing exciting and innovative methods that stimulate interest and excitement in the classroom. Working as a teacher at this school, you can work creatively, making the most of all the extensive resources and expert support they have available.

REQUIREMENTS

  • QTS (or equivalent qualification)
  • A passionate teacher and a great communicator
  • Being comfortable talking to children and young people
  • Help to build caring relationships
  • Ability to liaise with fellow professionals
  • Sharing information in both formal and informal situations
