Key Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Repairs Surveyor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Previous Experience: Leverage your wealth of experience to oversee and manage maintenance and repairs projects efficiently. Your background in similar roles will be instrumental in delivering successful outcomes.

  2. Qualifications: Ideally possess relevant qualifications that demonstrate your expertise in surveying and maintenance projects. Your qualifications will complement your hands-on experience, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

  3. Social Housing Experience: Demonstrate your proficiency in handling maintenance and repairs projects within the social housing sector. Understand the unique challenges and requirements associated with these environments.

  4. PDA Experience: Utilize your skills with Project Data Analysis (PDA) tools to record, analyze, and report project data accurately. Your technological proficiency will enhance project management and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Repairs Surveyor or a similar role.
  • Relevant qualifications in surveying or related fields (ideally).
  • Experience in social housing maintenance projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Data Analysis tools.
