Maintence Team Administrator
Maintenance Team Administrator required for a full time, permanent role, based in Northumberland, with some hybrid working available.
The Role
The successful candidate will be required to carry out a number of duties, including answering the telephone and liaising with both the internal teams and sub contractors.They will be required to support the associated administration of the maintenance functions, including processing purchase and work orders and invoices, as well as supporting colleagues with the administration of planned maintenance programmes.
Experience Required
You must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following key areas:
Demonstrable experience of telephone customer service and tenant liaison.
PC Literate with experience of using MS Office and property management databases.
Remuneration
Circa £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
