Maintenance Technician required for an automotive small/medium component manufacturer based in Daventry. The successful candidate will ideally come from an automotive or aerospace background and have experience in a similar role.

Maintenance Technician Position Overview

  • Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve with minimal downtime to production.
  • Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service.
  • Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment.
  • Document maintenance breakdowns, identifying root cause and action to help identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management.

Maintenance Technician Position Requirements

  • Automotive / Aerospace experience
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Commutable distance of Daventry

Maintenance Technician Position Remuneration

  • Salary- Up to £32,000
  • Working hours - Monday - Friday 8-4
  • 25 days holiday + bank hols
  • Auto enrolment pension
  • Death in Service - up to 3 x annual salary

  • Onsite parking
