Maintenance Technician

Our client is a multi-national company based in the Castle Donington area. They presently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As part of a top manufacturing group, you will be required to maintain plant and machinery to a very high standard through PPM. Troubleshoot and look at ways to improve line performance, schedule maintenance works and carry out condition based maintenance to reduce downtime.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will:

• have strong electro mechanical aptitude
• be able to repair and troubleshoot complex machinery
• respond urgently to immediate problems
• have a good understanding of lean manufacturing techniques
• be computer literate
• have a positive and can do attitude to complex problem solving
• be able to work under pressure
