Our esteemed client is seeking a talented Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations in their Distribution centre in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of a thriving maintenance team. We are looking for someone who has some mechanical and electrical skills.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day operations.
  • Mentor and guide Maintenance Engineers.
  • Delegate tasks effectively for streamlined processes.
  • Hit performance targets and ensure timely task completion.
  • Oversee inspections and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain high standards during site visits.
  • Collaborate with the team, contractors, and authorities.
  • Keep maintenance manuals up-to-date.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in team supervision.
  • Preferably with some electrical and mechanical experience.
  • An understanding of building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating.
  • Represent the company as a reliable Ambassador.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
