Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Salary: Circa £40,000
Location: Worcester
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Benefits: 25 days Holiday + Bank holidays + Life insurance + Pension Contributions

The Company:

My client, an international food manufacturer, is looking for a Maintenance Planner to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

To be successful in this position, you must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work. You will provide the maintenance team schedules to carry out PPM activity and complete maintenance requests. You will develop the maintenance stores to be an organised storage area with easy access. Identify critical spares inventory. Implement systems of performance data reporting in line with the Maintenance Manager's requirements in the areas of inventory analysis, spend and continuous improvement.

Personal requirement;

• Previous Engineering / Maintenance Experience or experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving experience.
• Competent with Microsoft Office, Ariba and SAP
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
• Ability to effectively communicate across levels of the organisation, networking and
• influence
• Strong multitasking, project management skills
• Data Driven decision making skills
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
• Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data
• Negotiation skills
