We are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable Maintenance Operative to join our client whose head office is in Romford.

This maintenance builder role will include travel to various sites predominately in the South of the UK so a driving licence is essential.

As a knowledgeable maintenance builder you will undertake the following:


* First fix carpentry
* Basic plumbing (Water)
* Basic Joinery (Doors, fitting locks, fitting skirting)
* Basic property maintenance (Site Maintenance / fencing)


All candidates must be able to demonstrate a Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Salary is negotiable.
