Fusion People are actively recruiting for Maintenance Operative to work on behalf of a leading planned maintenance contractor on an NHS Hospital in Lymington Hospital, England. (NHS Contract)

This is a contract role with scope to go perm

Static site with free parking.

Planned maintenance (PPM's) and reactive maintenance service (including out of hours call-out cover). It is a static position based at Lymington Hospital in Ilford. Maintenance of plumbing and buildings fabric, plant and equipment.

Attractive Qualities
2+ year's experience in a plumbing maintenance role
Be able to work well on your own and in a team
Driving licence
Previous experience in the maintenance of building services
A working knowledge of pump and motor isolation's and removals, valve maintenance and miscellaneous mechanical plant
Previous experience working on boilers, hot water heaters/calorifiers
Working on other trades

Duties
Carry out general planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance
Plumbing and general maintenance on the hospital
Assisting with any other plumbing
TMV servicing, valves, a variety of pumps (repairs and overhauls) and pipework and air handling units.
Completing daily plant checks

What you will get
Full time working hours Monday - Friday 8am/5pm
£20 per hour CIS
£18 PAYE
Weekly pay straight into your bank every Friday
