Salary - £30,000 - £40,000

Our client is looking for a highly organised individual to work as a Maintenance Manager within their lovely vibrant team, you will be based in their busy Southgate branch overseeing the allocation of maintenance jobs, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard and within the time frame set. The ideal candidate will be well presented and have a can-do attitude with a great telephone manner.

Responsibilities:

• Providing estimates for works when requested
• Assess jobs prior to Maintenance Operatives attending, and provide office with timescales, costings and oversee the job
• Training maintenance staff to B&B standards
• Supervise and direct B&B preparations
• Inspections
• Spot checks
• Control works orders and organiser on CFP
• Timesheets and overtime
• Petty Cash sign off
• Emergency Line
• Responsible for recruitment of Maintenance Operatives and finding suitable sub-contractors
• Ensuring all Maintenance Operatives have correct and clean uniform
• Ensuring all Maintenance vans are clean and fully stocked
