Maintenance Manager

Role Responsibilities;
- Manage the operation of complex healthcare engineering systems, assisting with Preventative Planned Maintenance activities.
- Handling Risk assessments and ensuring compliance is maintained.
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are complied with.
- Work closely with projects, people supervision and management of building operations.
- Work flexible hours and able to be on call for escalation.
Ideal Candidate Experience;
- Have a background within a facilities management environment (Essential)
- Have strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, ideally with relevant qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH.
- Ability to produce and understand detailed reports.
- Hold relevant technical qualifications within Building services e.g HND/HNC Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering (Preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of CDM regulations.
- Previous roles could include Maintenance Manager, Hard Services Manager, Clerks of Works, Technical Manager, Contract Manager.
- Hold previous experience working within a large commercial building, ideally within healthcare environment and knowledge of BMS systems (Preferred but not essential)
Role Benefits;
- Salary around £42,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri hours
- 26 days + Bank holidays
